Julia Lajta-Novak has been teaching in the field of English literature and cultural studies for more than 12 years. In April 2015, she received the University of Salzburg’s Excellence in Teaching Award for her introductory literature and culture seminar “Myths of Britishness”. In the summer term of 2016, she was appointed Visiting Professor of English and Anglophone Literatures at the University of Vienna.
